Safety & Misuse Terms & Conditions:
OVER 18’s ONLY: Cream Chargers are not for sale to under 18’s.
MISUSE: We will refuse to sell to you if we suspect you intend to misuse our products.
Our sale of nitrous oxide cream chargers are solely for use for their intended purpose,
the preparation of food and beverages.
PSYCHOACTIVE SUBSTANCES ACT 2016: We wish to draw your attention to the provisions of the Psychoactive Substances Act 2016, under which it is a criminal offence to supply a psychoactive substance to another person if you are aware, or you are reckless as to whether the substance is likely to be consumed by the person to whom it is supplied (or by some other person) for its psychoactive affects.
To Place an Order You Must Agree To The Following Terms:
1. That you are 18 years of age or older & are buying the product only for it’s intended purpose.
2. You fully understand that inhalation of nitrous oxide carries the risk of serious health problems including death.
3. You do not intend to misuse our products or supply any 3rd party with the product for either the purpose of misuse or to anyone under the age of 18.
Payment must be completed before items are posted. Delays in payment will delay next day delivery.
We use PayPal to process payments as they are the fast and secure way to purchase online.
You can also use your credit/debit card directly via the Paypal check out system.

Shipping & Postage:
Due to recent misuse issues with Nitrous Oxide, we will NOT ship to the following places:
- University Halls of Residence
Delivery to mainland UK only - Excluding; Postcodes: AB31-38, AB40-56, BT, HS, IM, IV, KA27-28, KW, PA20-49, PA60-78, PH4-44,PH49-50, TR21-25, ZE + The Channel Islands, Isle of Wight & Isles of Scilly.
All items ordered before 4:30 pm will be dispatched the same day. We use DPD's next day delivery service. Please note our smaller orders of 24 Chargers or under will be posted via Hermes, please allow 1-3 working days for these items to arrive.
Please provide your telephone number on every order in case there are delivery or payment issues.
We send packages to the address listed on your Paypal account. Your package will be in discrete packaging, for your privacy.
If your package is damaged, do not accept delivery!
If your item has not arrived the next day please contact the courier first. You will be provided with a dispatch email from DPD once your item has been shipped, the notification will have the name of the courier (DPD) and your tracking number will be included.
All items require a signature on delivery. We will not be responsible if an item is stolen and the buyer will need to follow up with the police and courier. Your item will not be covered by us and we will waive the right to post out another item.
If you are not in at the time of delivery the courier will leave an "attempted delivery" card. Contact the courier, not us, to arrange re-delivery of your package. Do this promptly as after 5 days your package will be returned to our offices the delivery will be assumed refused and you will receive a return to sender charge. You will need to pay a re-delivery charge for us to post out the item again, even if your original order included free delivery. The re-delivery charge will be based on the weight of your package and the service you need.
Next day delivery is a service provided by the courier. We work hard to full fill next day delivery requests, but we have no responsibility for delays in the courier's service once the item is collected timely. Next day delivery is a service, not a guarantee and no refunds will be issued for misfortunate occasions when the service fails.
If the recipient no longer needs the item or it is not to the recipients liking, then the item can be returned within 30 days. The recipient will need to pay return postage and will not be refunded the original postage. Buyer MUST notify us if an item is being returned prior to the buyer posting the item back. Items MUST be returned in the original packaging, be unopened and in a resell-able condition. Nitrous oxide boxes MUST not be opened. If we receive the returned item back and it is not in a resell-able condition then the buyer will not receive a refund and the item will be posted back to the buyer. If the item is broken or faulty please notify us within 7 days of receipt. The buyer will need to notify us of a return prior to posting the item back. We will need to agree to the return. We will contact the manufacturer with any questions and send a replacement item as needed. Buyer will need to pay the return postage, but we will cover the postage for any replacement item. If an item is found to be faulty after 7 days then the buyer will need to contact the manufacturer for warranty.
Returns must be sent via recorded delivery or a track-able service. We are not responsible for returned items until they are signed for at our office.
